RestoPlatform Partner Policy

1. Introduction

The RestoPlatform Partner Program enables individuals and companies to resell, implement, and support RestoPlatform solutions for restaurants.

Partners play a key role in expanding the platform while maintaining high standards of service, implementation quality, and customer success.

2. Partner Type

Authorized Partner

An approved partner who:

  • Manages restaurant onboarding
  • Maintains client relationships
  • Sets pricing for clients
  • Provides first-level support

3. Partner Onboarding Process

To become a partner:

  • Submit application via partner portal
  • Provide business and contact information
  • Upload required documents (if requested)
  • (Optional) Verify domain ownership
  • Accept this Partner Policy
  • Receive approval from RestoPlatform

Upon approval:

  • A unique Partner Code is issued
  • Access to the Partner Dashboard is granted

4. Partner Responsibilities

4.1 Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Acquire new restaurant clients
  • Register clients using the Partner Code

4.2 Implementation & Onboarding

  • Set up POS, menus, users, and configurations
  • Ensure proper system activation

4.3 Client Management

  • Maintain direct relationship with clients
  • Handle renewals and pricing

4.4 First-Level Support

  • Provide initial support to clients
  • Escalate technical issues to RestoPlatform

4.5 Compliance & Ethics

  • Operate in compliance with local laws
  • Maintain ethical and professional conduct

5. RestoPlatform Responsibilities

RestoPlatform will:

  • Maintain and continuously improve the platform
  • Provide updates and new features
  • Deliver second-level technical support
  • Provide training materials and documentation
  • Ensure system security and uptime

6. Pricing & Payments

6.1 Pricing Model

  • Partners set their own prices for clients
  • RestoPlatform charges partners based on subscriptions and modules

6.2 Payment Responsibility

  • Partners pay RestoPlatform directly
  • Restaurants pay only the partner

6.3 Free Trial

New restaurants under partners receive 4 months free trial.

7. Partner Dashboard

Partners have access to:

  • Client management
  • Subscription tracking
  • Revenue overview
  • Pricing configuration
  • Service activation

8. Territory & Exclusivity

  • The program is non-exclusive by default
  • A soft exclusivity may be granted for the first year in a territory
  • Continuation depends on performance and growth

9. Branding & Marketing

Partners:

  • May use RestoPlatform branding
  • Must follow brand guidelines

Restrictions:

  • No white-labeling allowed
  • Cannot claim ownership of the platform

10. Performance Expectations

Partners are expected to:

  • Actively grow their client base
  • Maintain service quality
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

RestoPlatform reserves the right to:

  • Review performance
  • Suspend or terminate inactive partners

11. Data Protection & Confidentiality

Partners must:

  • Protect client and platform data
  • Not share confidential information
  • Follow applicable data protection standards

12. Third-Party Integration & Facilitation

Partners may facilitate communication and coordination between RestoPlatform and third-party service providers in their market, including but not limited to payment gateway providers, banks, and food delivery platforms.

This includes:

  • Arranging meetings
  • Supporting local coordination
  • Assisting in technical alignment and requirements

However:

  • All integrations must be approved and implemented by RestoPlatform
  • Partners are not authorized to independently develop or deploy integrations without written approval

13. Termination Policy

RestoPlatform may terminate the partnership if:

  • Policy violations occur
  • Fraud or misuse is detected
  • Long-term inactivity

Upon termination:

  • Partner access is revoked
  • Clients may be reassigned or managed directly

14. Policy Updates

RestoPlatform reserves the right to update this policy at any time.

Partners will be notified of major changes.
